Show Budget when Quick Viewing and Approving Invoices

I am liking the ability to quick view and approve invoices. However, it would be much more useful if I could see the impact on the budget in the GL distribution.

    Now that we have the beginnings of the budgeting process in NXT, this issue becomes increasingly important!
