Our dashboards are the only mechanism for distributing to our cost centers/department directors' their balances by project within the hospital for philanthropy dollars. These balances are currently incorrect and I have been directed here to submit this issue to the idea page. Our implementation actually took 6-8 months rather than potentially 3 after issues with a consultant through a third party service. We are currently entering year 2 of our contract with a software/tool that we can not use as it was sold to us.
