Make the "click on funding source to get debit

Make the "click on funding source to get debit and credit details" functional in the "Grants/funding sources with balances" Dashboard.

This dashboard is awesome for seeing the balance and summary activity by funding source. If something looks unusual, being able to go into the detail of what makes up those summary balances would be so much more efficient than having to run a separate GL detail report or query for each funding source.
