Our bank 100% prefers the 80-byte file. (TD) When we asked to be allowed 1464 standard format they were hesitant and said to use extreme caution as it is not secure like the 80-byte file.

There are two parts to the EFT problems for Canadians. 1) the bank file format and 2) EFT cannot be processed in NXT with automated remittance emailing.

Two years later this is still an issue. I was told that FE would never make a file format that would conform to TD 80 Byte file requirements. We process all our EFTs in Sage and then duplicate in FE to record. Such a waste of time, and as Sylvia commented, we only found out after moving to FE NXT. This program has been disappointing on so many levels.

Is this ever going to be available to Canadian users? We have been waiting over 2 years for EFT automation in NXT for Canadian users. It is absolutely horrible having to to run EFT in FE and manually separate the remittances and manually email each remittance. We took a huge step back in this area when we switched to Blackbaud from Navision back in 2020.

I didn't find this post until today but absolutely this needs to be implemented. I was told by an agent today that there is no planned date on a rollout for this for Canadian clients

This NEEDS to be added for Canadians please, otherwise there is a duplication of tasks i.e. capturing into both the AP and the bank.

This need to be added for Canadians. Very disappointed to only find out after buying into NXT that it is not available to Canadians.
