Media and Actions should be linked so that actions only appear if linked to media. I'm trying to track media and when I pull a query I would like to have the media linked to the related action. Currently, If I have one action, which pertains to one media, the query creates a line for each media and the one action shows up next to all the media, including media unrelated to the action.

If Media and actions were linked, only the one media that pertains to the action would show up and I would have a report of what I really need to act upon.
