Add "Submitted Charges" in the "My Approvals"

Add "Submitted Charges" in the "My Approvals" tile so approvers can look back at transactions they have already submitted for approval..

Once approvers have submitted a transaction for approval, they can no longer see that charge. Since users can see their own submitted charges, approvers should also have this functionality.
