At times we have approvers who need to see past invoices that they have approved.  This usually happens if they are questioning if a payment request is a duplicate or not. 

What would be nice to see in Filters, under History is the option to also filter on "Invoice requests approved by".  Currently there is only "Last changed by user" and "Created by user."  And the "Created by user" seems to only work if you have access to see ALL invoices as well as been an approver on the invoice.  Since we don't want to hand out security access for everyone to see all invoice requests, it would be nice if this filtering option was enhanced.  Of course there would still have to be some security limitations by seeing invoice requests approved by.  You would still have to be involved in the invoice request somehow, whether your the creator or approver of the invoice.  You wouldn't want someone in one department to have access to see all the invoices approved by an approver of a different department.  At that point, you might as well give them access to see all invoice requests.  In another database system our organization uses, they use the terminology to filter by "forms created or handled by me".  This allows users to find past forms that were either created by the user or the user was involved in the workflow (or in EM language - approval rule) at some point.
