Vendor Default GL Distribution by dollar amount

Currently, if you have so many invoices to approve that they exceed one page, you lose the approval if you go to the next page.
This makes no sense. Why do we have to approve one page at a time? What if my vendor overlaps pages? This complicates and adds steps to the approval process.0 Needs review

Allow removal of Filters in Account Activity Details
When viewing activity in account detail you may select a period to see those transactions. Once there it would be beneficial to allow the user to remove the filters and/or change the filters to gain a wider view of the transactions for that account.1 Future consideration
