Drop down lists with table entries are not able to be searched on, not alphabetized, and they reflect entries marked inactive. This makes entering payments where we rely on these categories, very difficult to process in webview.
Agreed - managing table entries in web view is still surprisingly difficult. Why would there even be an option to make an entry "inactive", if the system will continue to show it in drop-down menus as an option that can be selected when editing records? Also, could really use the ability to sort table entries. Currently a new entry just goes to the bottom, which is especially problematic when the existing tables (from when first migrated to web view) are already in alphabetical order. Users see a list of things that ARE alphabetical, and they're not going to assume they should scroll all the way to the bottom of the drop down menu to check and see if there's an additional table entry at the bottom that's out of alphabetical order. They just won't see it, and then they select the wrong item. This should be an easy fix for Blackbaud.
