Create a report showing user log in activity

It is difficult to manage our user licenses if there isn't a report available showing on average how many people are logged in along with peak usage.

What would even be better is if, as as admin, we could boot a user that has not yet met the inactivity logout time, but we know they are not active in the system any longer to free up the license.

There is also some functionality that requires all users be logged out and it would be nice to be able to see those logged in so they can be asked to log out.
