Set Project 0 as a default for our cash account when cutting checks

Currently, when we cut checks, the automatic entry that is created is to debit Accounts Payable and credit Cash for the specific project that it relates to. By having this entry, if we run a report by project for cash balances, all of the projects that we cut checks out of show a negative cash balance. This is not how we want our cash balance being shown because it seems misleading. Even though we are aware that the cash balance is not really negative, if someone else looked at our report they most likely would be confused as to why we have negative cash balances in our projects. Also being able to set project 0 as our default project for using our cash account, this will help with our bank reconciliation.
