RE-FR batch assignment

We'd like to be able to know which batches in RE correspond to which batches in FE, and vice versa.

    We intend to add this capability as part of the RE NXT to FE NXT webview post. This project is currently in design validation and engineering efforts will commence within the next 4 weeks
