1099 Name 1 and 1099 name 2 flow to the "Optional Name" field in Aatrix

This field prints out on one line on the 1099s

So if I've populated name 1 and name 2 with individual name and LLC name for a single person LLC, it all runs together on the 1099.  

I have to manually update the Aatrix grid with the name and company fields in order to have it print out on two lines.....and will have to do this every year.

How can this information flow correctly into Aatrix
