I have not found any way to change the setting for NXT timing out. It is probably 5 minutes though it feels like it is less than that. I find if I take a phone call or get a visitor in the office for just a short time I have been logged out of blackbaud.com. This is really frustrating. It would be very nice if I could change that setting to increase the time before having to log back in.
