Add the ability to adjust the JE batch/post

Add the ability to adjust the JE batch/post validation report column widths.

This would be VERY helpful so the columns do not wrap when you add a print field using GL>tools>options>records>Journal Entry; Post Options>use a parameter file>format>detail.
