It is an ongoing  problem with the Blackbaud software that I need the magnifier app to size font to a readable level without affecting my screen resolution for other programs, like Excel, but it is not a well-made tool in that you lose functionality.  Some windows simply do not work properly with the magnifier.  The windows cannot be opened fully and do not have scroll bars, making it either impossible to use the windows or easy to make critical errors because you cannot see important fields.  I reported this prior--no solution was offered.  Sorry, but it is frustrating.

Also, it is difficult to stop or start using the magnifier--requires log in/out, settings adjustments, etc.
