I can create a query under the "Transaction" category to exclude specific batches (JEs). However, when running reports such as General Ledger or Income Statement, I am unable to apply a Transaction query as a report filter. In the "Filter by" section, "Projects" appears to the be only subgroup that allows filtering by Query. Other subgroups, including "Transactions", only provide Selected or Selected/Range options. It would be helpful if Query could be added as a filtering option for all applicable subgroups, and it would significantly improve the reporting, reconciliation as well as data analysis processes.
