EFT Remittance emails should show credit memo applications towards invoices being paid.
Currently, EFT remittance emails only show payments made net of credit memo applications, and do not reflect which credit memos were applied to the relevant invoices, and in what amounts. To vendors, this can make it appear as though invoices were underpaid, with no reference to the credit memos that covered the remaining balance. With no remittance-email customizations currently possible, this is especially troublesome in automated remittance confirmation processes such as with Amazon Business for example.
Users of Financial Edge NXT in Canada do not have access to Blackbaud's Payment Assistant, and would benefit from some configurability of the remittance emails; such as reflecting credit memo applications, listing invoice descriptions, and being able to include a general memo such as "please allow 1-2 business days for funds to appear in your account".
