We would like to request key enhancements for Refunds within FE NXT -> Receivables, a dedicated Refund record page and extension points for Custom Tile Add-Ins.

Currently, Refunds do not have a dedicated page within the Receivables module, nor do they have an extension point within the Add-Ins. As Refunds are a frequently used and critical component of Receivables management, the absence of a standalone navigable record and the inability to configure Custom Tiles creates a notable gap in usability and workflow customization.

We request that Refunds be introduced as a dedicated, clickable record page within FE NXT -> Receivables and that the necessary extension points be in the Custom Tile Add-Ins for Refunds, ensuring parity with the Financial Edge database view and with other supported record types, allowing users to navigate records directly, attach custom tiles, streamline integrations, and better tailor the system to their operational needs.
