Reports should be visible and interactive inside the portal.

I am new to FE, and the basic inability to navigate your financial data and view it without having to "generate' a pdf report is ridiculous. The report creation is clunky, and then to have to wait to generate a static report that you cannot drill down into is terrible. Quickbooks online is a fraction of the cost and has significantly better report viewing functionality.

    Agreed. It would be nice to be able to drill on reports. In Oracle, you could pull up a P&L and drill on the travel expense line and look at all the details. It would be nice if Blackbaud could do the same.
