Fully AGREE!! It's crazy... when I asked BB IT about it... I was told it wasn't going to be necessary, and they weren't bringing the ability to PRINT credit memos to NXT... I told them they better figure it out, because providing or having documented proof is a requirement. I highly doubt my HOA, government, corporate, or foundational clients will except a screenshot!! Or if they do... they'll be wondering what kind of outdated systems are we using that we can't even send them a credit memo!!!
Removing a basic accounting function does not make much sense. Printing AR credit memos is as basic as it gets. Now that we have to do it manually, you are creating more work for us.
Like seriously?! We have to tell you to put a basic accounting function in your software? Do better, Blackbaud. Add this immediately without having to go through this vote up process. Asinine.
You've removed the ability to print AR Credit Memos in NXT. Just like AR Invoices, AR Credit Memos are a Source Document needed to dictate/authorize the accounting of a transaction and the need to print multiple Credit Memos is also needed in NXT.

Please add the ability to print AR Credit Memos. Our customers need to see them.
