Have the ability to add the Approval Rule Group directly from the user, instead of having to go to each group to add a new user.

When a new user is added, and need to belong to one or more security groups, then adding them at the user level is quicker and easier than having to go to each group and search for the user to add them to the group. If the groups could be listed as part of the user record it also would make it easier to see which groups a person is associated with.
