According to Knowledgebase article 103497 this is a known problem with FE 7.87.  I'm adding here in hopes of getting some votes to bump the priority.  I released account restrictions to do some database clean up, and now have found that I will have to manually go into over 400 records to re-add the account restrictions (which were based on a query) one at a time.  Until I do that, there is no protection in place against posting transactions to funds that conflict with projects.
