Validate and Run Import from three dot click

When importing records in NXT it would be helpful to not have to re-enter and edit the parameter in order to move from validate to run. Could this be added as an option at the 3 dot click step to either validate or run?

    I see that Blackbaud went ahead with this idea (fine) but I could not be more distressed about HOW the team chose to implement, completely invaliding the "Validate Only" checkbox. I've created a new "idea" to try to tweak it into a more user-friendly experience.
