Adding option of not printing criteria page in Web View

We can only choose to not have criteria page print in database view but not in web view.  That option should be added since the extra print for some is unnecessary.

      Hi everyone! This has now been resolved in NXT where we respect your setting from the database view and do not force the criteria page to print.
