Remove Need for Distribution in a "Do Not Post" Bank Account Adjustment

In database view we can record adjustments for investment activity in the bank account without needing a distribution. These adjustments are set as "Do Not Post." We do this so that we do not have to clear hundreds of entries that were allocated to each of our Project Funds.

NXT requires a distribution. This seems to defeat the purpose of not clearing hundreds of entries. I would like t see the same feature for "Do Not Post" adjustments in NXT that existed in database view.
