In Financial Edge NXT, users cannot currently see the description of purchase order line items in the selection list while generating a receipt for the PO. We can only see the line numbers, as in the screenshot below. Even though the description appears once a line item has been selected from the list, it would be helpful to see the description for each line item beside the number before we selected it, saving us having to go back and forth between the selection list and the receipt line-items list until we find the correct line-item to receipt. This would be especially useful for purchase orders which have many line items and which may not be receipted for all line items at once.

Line item descriptions already appear by default in the Purchase Order overview screen and in the screen for the completed Receipt. I would hope that it would not be too difficult to make the description (or at least at truncated portion of it) of line items appear in the selection list next to their numbers.
