In the last week or so, in the custom fields portion of expense management, the system is now adding the following text one line below every Date text box, "Use the format MM/DD/YYYY." This text being below every line in custom fields means that the attachment link is pushed 6 lines down (we have 6 custom fields) on the page. There is no reason to have this text show up that many times, maybe once above the first Date box would work. It's so much wasted space, and now makes us have to scroll further along to get to the attachment. Please change this back to how it was before.
I agree. Not only does it take up space but it is redundant. If you type 2/5/24 it automatically changes it to the proper format!
Another option, which I just noticed on the Fiscal Year settings page, is that the date box in there has "MM/DD/YYYY" in the text box itself until you start entering the date, at which point it disappears. Since you clearly have the technology to do this, please use it so it can stop cluttering the expense management pages.
