We utilize Financial Edge NXT for our school of 300 students. While the core accounting features are stable, the platform fundamentally lacks a native, automated electronic distribution system to email individual statements directly to constituent email addresses. Forcing an educational institution to manually separate or externally route monthly statements is highly inefficient and outdated for modern cloud software. Adding a native batch-to-email function should be an immediate priority for Blackbaud's development team to support their K-12 clients.

if reports can be scheduled to be emailed, why can't statements & invoices be done the same way to utilize a little technology; the Accounts Receivable module in FENXT is very outdated & cumbersome (database view was far better & it was old as ****)

It's confirmed that MailOmatic is going away, yet there is no solution in FE NXT to send out statements and invoices electronically. It is almost year 2025 and we are moving into a paperless environment. How is this not even on Blackbaud's radar? We have between 150-200 statements and 700-1000 invoices each month to send out to clients. Having to go back to stuffing hard copies is ridiculous.
