We need to implement an out of office feature that will allow for a back-up approver. Our system requires dual approvals. The back up approval timing needs to be based on both when the request is submitted (for the 1st level approval) and also based on the timing of when the 1st approver approves. The current set up does not fit our needs as it only relates to requests submitted while any approver is out of office.
