The course of daily and weekly business necessitates that work be accomplished even during absences. Sometimes there are multiple absences, or a mixture of this with offsite meetings which limit availability, so the "Out of Office" feature is restrictive.

It would be helpful to have a group of users who can approve based on dollar amount, so that anyone in that group can approve, as appropriate.
