Add account distribution to Excel Add-In

Currently Cash Management Distribution and Transaction Distribution are available. We need to import lots of credit card charges into AP as Invoices and the cash management distribution isn't an option for import. But the account distribution is.

    it would be great to have something in accounts payable similar to the JE import button that is currently available in excel!!!

    This would be an improvement that hopefully would not be a large lift for Blackbaud.
