Retain position in left panel of Chart

Retain position in left panel of Chart Organizer when you select a line

Currently, when you select a line in VCO it displays the results in the right pane but scrolls the left pane all the way to the top. So, you must continuously scroll back down to where you were. Consider updating the right pane without losing your place on the left pane.
