GL Distribution API to include information on the sourcetype and sourcerecordsid

Requesting that SKY API for FE expose information in the database table for for GL7Transactions. This information allows AP vendor information to be include in GL reporting (custom report) and RE gift information (and constituent info) to be included with the GL reporting.
