Bring back the document previewer in Expense Management & Payables

Since the AP update when you go to look at the back up on an invoice request or or credit card submission you have to download every single attachment to be able to view it. This makes approving cumbersome and take much longer than the old preview box that popped up in the middle of your screen. There used to be the same preview box in the payables invoices area as well and it would be much easier to have the preview box there as well.

    Yes - this would be extremely helpful and timesaving. Had to process a reimbursement last week with over 30 attachments I had to individually download and individually open each one - it took me over an hour to review this single reimbursement, a large part of this time being because there is no image preview.

    I am dumbfounded. I can't think of a reason they would have taken this away. It simply makes no sense. Downloading and opening these files manually adds more time onto the approval workflow. Blackbaud should be trying everything to make the approval workflow quicker, not slow it down.

    why is it every time they make an update they take away something that is actually useful and timesaving. This new round of updates has really screwed the system
