We have just purchased Webportal (webinvoicing), and we have discovered a very concerning privacy violation. The Webportal will show the home address of all of our employees that are current vendors, in addition to all of the vendors that we have that are active. To protect the privacy of the organization as well as each individual employee/vendor, we would like to be able to set and lock down the "requestor" field so that each user can only enter invoices for themselves, and cannot change the default setting. This would protect the confidentiality of our organization, as well as of our employees.
