Quick View needs to be added back to Financial Edge NXT > General Ledger Accounts

Financial Edge NXT removed the "quick view" functionality in General Ledger and I just wanted to say that this function was highly useful. It should be considered to have its place back in the software.

    Agree! Affects us most in G/L - for JE attachments.

    When I click on an attachment in Payables, it no longer pops up a window to allow me to view the attachment right there. Instead it automatically downloads the file which causes me multiple extra steps, since I have to then wait for it to download and then open the downloaded file in its own program in order to view it. I am an AP clerk that uses this function repeatedly throughout the day. This is a negative change that will cost me a lot of time.

    The change to remove Quick View from the various modules needs to be added back in -- causes tremendous inefficiencies when completing and reviewing work.

    Having an attachment appear in a quick view window is a huge benefit of having an attachment there and readily available. Quick access!!! Please, Blackbaud, restore that capability!

    Same as prior comment. I just asked support if they could add back. Please!! This is really slowing down my work flow.

    I second this. I just spent time with support trying to get it back only to find that it was removed with the new update.
