Sorting and folders available for security groups.

Currently, there is no way to sort or organize security groups; they are listed in the order that they were created. This has quickly become a problem after implementing Expense Management and using security groups to assign approval rules to specific users. At a minimum, security groups should default to alphabetical order like users. A better solution would be the ability to group them into folders or categories.
