Agree. Automated overnight refresh would be ideal, but bare minimum there needs to be a bulk refresh button that can be clicked to refresh every credit card instead of me having to click on every card to individually refresh them. QuickBooks has both and automatic refresh that occurs regularly as well as a single button that automatically refreshes all bank/credit card feeds, so the concept is already being used by other software. BlackBaud needs to adopt this in order to make the credit card feeds a viable product. Otherwise, it's extremely difficult to adopt for an organization that has many credit cards.

In addition to credit cards, any linked accounts such as bank feeds I would like to have a set schedule to download transactions, like an overnight routine to download bank feeds and credit card transactions.

The entire point of having a data scraper refresh these transactions it to automate it. I have multiple credit card users of a variety of levels of tech savvy, and they should have their transactions populate automatically. Xero and Quickbooks are able to do this, so it's not a general MFA issue. Please deliver this capability.

The whole point of having a data scraper is to automate the delivery of transactions to the users who need to manage them. Xero and Quickbooks are able to accommodate this, so I don't want to hear that it's a technical issue with MFA. Please get this done.

Couldn't agree more. Please add. This is a basic feature that needs to be included with a product. If you can't do this for some reason please add the refresh button to the main screen. Right now you don't even see the refresh button until you click "work with my charges"

Agree, I wouldn't we want a minimum of once a day to automatically update feeds?
