Changes to favorites and views

The recent FENXT reporting upgrade decreases efficiency. Often I just need to run a Favorite report, scan for information, and leave the report. I set up these often-used reports as a Favorite and dislike that my Reporting always opens to All Reports now. I also dislike that the selected report isnt displayed on the Preview screen, that I have to select PDF/Excel/Word just to look at a report. Then I have more keystrokes as I must choose Open/Save... Opening Reports also has a delay opening up. FENXT Reports was my favorite NXT feature but I've gone back to database view to pull reports...which is disappointing. I've communicated with BB Support but given no advice other than to try changing browsers or clear cookies/cache. Again, this upgrade has made a very nice feature very clunky.

    To see your favorites you can select the favorite Tab. The other items you discussed have now been implemented. Thank you for your feedback!

    The overall formatting is also broken...has created a lot of extra work.

    My biggest issue is that the Edit option has been removed when I have a report open. When I ran a report and realized a setting needed to be changed, I used to be able to easily select Edit, change the setting and regenerate the report. Now I have to Cancel and then find the report again - open the settings and change them and then re-run the report. It has definitely made the Reporting module much less efficient for me.

    Having the same problem with Excel exports from NXT that we used to have in the database version... LEAVE IT ALONE IF IT IS WORKING.... OR test outside of our live program! AND don't take away things that work... add, but don't take away! You have a lot of frustrated accountants right now!!!

    I also don't like the fact that it does not stick to my favorite reports. I also don't like the fact that it does not stick to my sort order of last run report.
