To avoid a month's worth of credit card charges being approved individually (which could mean hundreds of transactions a month) we would like to be able to save each coded charge and submit them for review in one individual invoice request that will go through the applicable approval process. For instance, each cardholder would submit his/her July credit card charges in one invoice request.
