Decimal Places setting in General Ledger - Configuration does not apply to Expense Management module
The Expense Management module is not effected by the Decimal Places setting found in General Ledger - Configuration. This needs to be changed to be in line with the other FE NXT modules.0 No Status

Is there a way to copy invoice information when entering invoices into expense management? We currently enter all invoices through AP in FENXT and I am able to copy and paste past invoices (which saves time) but am thinking about switching to expense management. If this ability isn't already enabled then it should be as it saves time and allows for consistent entry of recurring invoices from month to month.

Do not allow Expense Management approval if invoice deleted
We are implementing Expense Management. We have required that a document must be attached for submission. The approver can delete the attachment and then approve. We have then lost the invoice for retention and audit. Seems to be a big risk.0 No Status
