Right now to process an EFT through AR in the database view, you have to create an automatic payment.  The automatic payment function is for when you have recurring payments.  The only way to get a one-time EFT processed through AR is to create an automatic payment for 1 time, generate that automatic payment, and then process the File.  This seems unnecessary.
