WebInvoicing Approval by Group, not Individual user

Rather than specifying a path for WebInvoicing approval per user, it would be helpful to specify by Group. Approval path would look like "First review Group, Final review Group" and then assign users to Groups. Any user in the assigned Group would be able to review/approve an invoice and bump it to the next level of review.
