Add an "Enable/Disable" checkbox to a Queue

Add an "Enable/Disable" checkbox to a Queue definition so that an export can be disabled without destroying its schedule settings

In the course of developing exports, I inevitably copy export definitions and tweak them. I need to be able to disable and re-enable them without destroying the scheduling details by making a definition "manual".
