According to Knowledgebase Article 46355 if you update Fund Transaction requirements to require Projects on all accounts the update  will overwrite all existing Projects with a default going back into closed years.  In order to preserve existing Project activity it would be really helpful to be able to update the fund requirement for the current (open) year and going forward without affecting prior (closed) years.
