Filter to include all dates when viewing project activity within NXT

In the database view, we can filter across all dates to have complete view of the costs of a project.  In the NXT view, this filter option is not available.
Project managers need to have this complete view to make sure they are spending down their grants properly.  Having it only filter by 1 fiscal year is not helpful to them.

    Totally agree with this comment. In FE7 you can filter a project to "include all" and see the activity since inception. Why can't we have this option on the activity (or all of the tile options for that matter) in FENXT? We often want to see the whole picture, not just one fiscal year.
