Social Security Numbers need to be used in NXT.

We use the SSN to prevent duplication.  It is a vital part of our operations at our institution.

      SSNs exist and are editable in vendor records in NXT.

      Eddie, I believe they are looking for the functionality to add and view SSN detail within the vendor record of the NXT Webview. I believe SSN have to be managed and reviewed in the database view.

      Social Security numbers are used in Vendor records for tax reporting (1099-MISC) and also in Employee records in payroll (W-2 tax reporting). Where else in the system do you see them being used?
