We enter essentially the same invoice for up to 100 vendors in FE on a weekly basis. FAST lets you set the invoice dates, coding, amounts, descriptions (whatever fields will repeat across the invoices) and then tab thru to upload all at once. This is preferable over having to do them one by one.

FAST entry is a much more efficient way to enter in high volumes of AP invoices. I think this is one feature that should be added to the NXT version.

Batch AP data entry is much more efficient - being able to enter everything on one screen is great, as well as being able to use the default row to enter like invoices quickly.

We are new to Blackbaud so I am not very experienced what I like I like seeing is everything on one screen and the actual speed in which you can enter the invoices.  

I like being able to review my invoice batch before 'committing'. Especially with entering credit card charges. If there is a mistake before posting, we need to go in and delete that invoice instead of being able to make the changes easily. Also, we are unable to apply credits to a credit card charge because they go in as paid. 

What are the attributes of "FAST" in the database view that you appreciate the most?
