A way to include the rejection note in your rejection email

Rejection reasons in the WebPortal are set as shown here (https://www.screencast.com/t/9OtBOm9WM6), and the name of the table entry is the only thing that shows up in the email. It would be a significant help if Rejection Reasons were in all rejection emails.
